1.Carriage beam
Comparing with aluminum-made carriage beam, steel carriage beam can perform better to buffer and release kinetic energy with high inertia, thus to provide a better stability to the high precision and dynamic movement of the machine.
2.Bellow covers with steel shields
Metal slugs with high temperature can be generated during the cutting process, especially when piercing, metal slugs can spatter to both side of the machine and bring big risks to the high precision transmission parts. In order to solve this problem, we choose heat-resisting bellow covers to fully protect the transmission parts, what’s more, the bellow covers are added with steel shields near the cutting head area to completely prevent metal slugs and dusts from going inside and ensure the precision of the machine to the maximum extent.

4.Unique design of ribs and toothed-plates
Ribs with big thickness are added to improve the stability of the machine.
Toothed-plates are designed with arc shape to prevent scratches to the operators, as well as adhesion to the sheets during cutting.
Toothed-plates are fixed by press plates on 2 sides, both can be replaced easily.
